For Our Patients
Everything You Need for a Comfortable Visit
Whether you’re visiting us for the first time or returning for routine care, we want every appointment to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our team is committed to making your experience comfortable from the moment you walk through our doors.
Below you’ll find helpful information about your first appointment, what to bring, payment options, and answers to common questions. If you need anything before your visit, we’re always happy to help.
Your First Visit
We look forward to meeting you!
If you’re a new patient, please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to review your paperwork, verify your information, and ensure your appointment begins on schedule.
Most first appointments take between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on your treatment needs.
Our team will take the time to get to know you, discuss your dental health goals, answer your questions, and develop a treatment plan that’s right for you.
What to Bring
To help us provide the best care possible, please bring the following items to your appointment:
- A valid photo ID
- Your dental insurance card (if applicable)
- Completed new patient forms (if completed in advance)
- A list of current medications
- Any relevant medical information or referrals
If you haven’t completed your paperwork ahead of time, don’t worry—we’ll be happy to assist you when you arrive.
Before Your Appointment
Some patients require antibiotics or other pre-medication before dental treatment.
If your physician or previous dentist has recommended pre-medication, please contact our office before your appointment so we can ensure everything is ready for your visit.
Not sure if pre-medication applies to you? Just give us a call—we’re happy to help.
Insurance & Payment Options
We believe quality dental care should be straightforward and affordable.
Our office accepts most major dental insurance plans and will gladly file claims on your behalf to help maximize your available benefits.
Before any treatment begins, we’ll review your estimated costs so you know exactly what to expect.
Because every insurance plan is different, we recommend contacting your insurance provider with specific coverage questions. Our team is also available to help explain your benefits whenever possible.
Payment Methods
For services not covered by insurance, we accept:
- Cash
- Personal checks
- Major credit cards
Payment is due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made.
Flexible Financing
Don’t let finances prevent you from getting the dental care you need.
We offer flexible financing options through trusted healthcare financing providers, allowing qualified patients to spread treatment costs into convenient monthly payments.
Our team can help you explore available options and determine which financing solution best fits your budget.
